John Beebe hit it on the head...the flyn' eyeball IS protected and trademarked artwork, check w/Bob Burns of Prescott, Az. (Von Dutch.com), for particulars, as far as lookn' like a notorious badass biker group, their logo features only one wing, not two, besides, if their annoyed, then that's their problem, not yours...to end controversery, register YOUR artwork as soon as you finish it, done deal, then THEY have to worry about you and your lawyers, funny how a suit and tie wins over cutoff sleeves everytime....

We ended up with the fire out of the mouth one...
it rained, only had like 40 bikes (usually in the 300 range)
still sold all 200 shirts by end of the weekend.
Drank beer, got wet, had fun.

For as much as I didn't think it was anywhere close to the biker logo, I think it is even farther away from a Von-Dutch eyeball
