This is great Information it has really opened my eyes up to the fact that I went about it all wrong. I thought, I can do that so I tried and I can paint chicken scratch lines, and I can sort of copy someone elses designs, BUT I am not nearly good. I never meant to do any harm to the Craft that I believe we all love. The last thing I want to do is take part in destroying my favorite form of art.
I am going back to the drawing board(so to speak) I am going to start THE DRILLS. I am going to practice until my fingers bleed and someday when I can do something that isnt the equalivent of a kindergarten art project I will post it.
So look for my next pic post some time in 2012, I will however keep asking stupid questions and learning everything I can.
In the Inspirational words of AlteredPilot
I WILL:
aspire to greatness. do not settle for mediocrity.
do as much as is within your power to advance your mastery of the craft.
dont rush.
be patient.
learn.
